Obama’s Certified Forgery? Time to Litigate for Truth.
Following investigative work by Israeli Insider, it is almost proven that the birth certificate Obama parades as “valid” is hardly so. In fact, it may be a total forgery. In as much as Obama fails to meet the native born clause, he should not be allowed to run for president. This is a potential game changer, and needs to be pursued. There are entirely legal grounds for doing so, and doing it immediately.
Without the endorsement of an employee of the state of Hawaii and the state’s embossed stamp, the document Obama officially claims as a valid copy of his birth certificate, is invalid.
Janice Okubo, Director of Communications of the State of Hawaii Department of Health, told Israel Insider: “At this time there are no circumstances in which the State of Hawaii Department of Health would issue a birth certification or certification of live birth only electronically.” And, she added, “In the State of Hawaii all certified copies of certificates of live birth have the embossed seal and registrar signature on the back of the document. Download the picture of Obama’s unvalidated certificate and magnify it- look at every word and the Hawaii seal- white haze. Is this Photoshop text pasted on an enhanced background? Now compare this with an authentic Hawaiian certificate - authentic because it is embossed and endorsed- with only minimal or no white clouds around the contours of black ink shapes.
Notice also the irregular rectangles on the potential forgery’s edge.
The fact that five other versions of this potentially fake certificate exist, should interest even the most junior of investigative journalists in the mainstream. Spot the difference between “Antarctica” and what Obama claims is the “real one”. Good luck.
The question now is, if invalid, why? Could it be because Obama may have been born prior to Hawaii having joined the Union? Or is it, as others suggest an issue of onomastics, and/or being born abroad? I am sure NoQuarter will keep us posted. But remember, if Obama fails the native born test, he is automatically disqualified from the contest. There is no faster way of bringing Clinton back into the General Election, than demanding Obama provide voters with proof of birth.
While the state of Hawaii reserves the right to proffer such certificates only to family members, remember, all the candidates documents proving his eligibility, are public. No seal and official endorsement on the certificate, are grounds to litigate.
PS. Of course by now, Obama may have already worked out a deal with the registrars in Oahu, to work some “Change” in his favor.

Jeff: I think the birth certificate is a fake, the same as Obama. Do you think someone will sue to get to the bottom of it before the convention? We need to get Hillary’s top donors involved. They have the money and lawyers to get this started. They might not want to. But somehow he cannot be our nominee, we just have to find a way to stop this madness. I thank you for this post and all your hard work. This site was the first site when I was looking for anyone to share my feelings with about Obama. I knew from the beginning he was a fake and a low life. I was so thankful when I found this site. You do such great work and uncover such startling facts and photos. The mass news media covers for him (SOROS?). At first I thought I was going crazy and was sure my conspiracy theories were a true sign I was losing it. This site was my salvation. You guys knew too. You have been a life saver for so many people who began to doubt their own perceptions. May freedom of speech never be taken away from us.

I have been reading the birth certificate fakery stories for awhile, why hasn’t anyone filed a lawsuit? Gawd, O is such an inadequate candidate, I can’t stand the thought of having another B-Ozo in office.

To pick up on hillarysmygirl’s question, whose job is it to check on these things? Here in New Jerky, we have to show a valid birth certificate (and 5 other things) to a clerk at the DMV to get a driver’s license. But who checks credentials for Presidential candidates? Would this person/office be fooled by a photoshopped phoney or did BO’s campaign slip them a five to look the other way (like in Chicago?)
I think someone needs to get the truth out . We are all behind you and also tring to inform people about Obama who don’t pay attention to what is going on. Obama ’s people constant attacks on those of us who see through him. Tring to bully us into submission. One went so for to tell us he had hep C for sympathy. Then said he was cured. Just an obamabot tring a different approach to us hard ass women who won’t change our minds. We see str8 through Obama.They call me everything but I won’t budge. They constantly race bait to try to distract us.
WHO and WHERE are the people responsible for this sort of vetting? Do the republicans have to hire lawyers and invesitgators? You know the new dem party will do anything it’s power to hide Obama’s secrets.
The strange thing is that any news organisation can find out the truth. They probably already have all this information. But in the legal system, I think you have to prove that he’s not a legal citizen. Not the other way around. I think that’s a tall order unless there’s a birth certificate that pops up in another country. That’s why I think mounting pressure in the public eye is more effective.

How do citizens go about requesting copies of public documents
like this one? Can you site law on this so we can jump on it?
First off, let me say that I think that the whole “not natural born” thing is a brier patch and it would be foolish to put too much stock into it, and posting an obvious fake to lure people in would be consistent with that.
However, any legal proceeding concerning this would be a civil proceeding, and the standard of proof there is the preponderance of the evidence: is is more likely to be one, or the other? In other words, 50.00001% likely wins.
I would expect it to go like this: someone with standing (really, meaning any registered voter) files suit claiming he is not eligible to be president. Some sort of document is offered up, and is taken as prima facie proof. That shifts the burden of proof to the person claiming he is not eligible, but they would still have the preponderance standard (unless there is some principle that shifts it up to “clear and convincing evidence”, which is a higher standard.)
I’m really just saying that if you think that “proof” always means what it means in a criminal Perry Mason or Matlock story, you are holding it to too high a level.

no, it is not genuine and if you think it is, you are stupid. i just dont understand why the obama camp would put that fake up on their web-site. there has always been something phony about obummer and this b.c. is just one of those things about him that doesnt add up. i love the one about the “bugs” ate his school work when he was in jakarta. or seeing dead people.
What Obama put up is an abstract of his birth certificate, not his real birth certificate. The abstract is a fake, a fraud, like Obama. I don’t believe he is a U.S. citizen. I also think Pelosi and Dean et al are covering up for him just like the mass news media who have been bought and paid for by Soros. Thanks Jeff, Jamal, Juanita, always great work for us and America.
Mr. Phelps, if that is true, why is it that they are still hounding McCain and his validity to qualify? As we all know, he was born in Panama, at a military facility. His father was serving our country. That’s been proven over and over as legit.
What is the big deal with BHO proving he is born in the USA?
Perhaps when the “great One” the Fuhrer is addressing his 75,000 followers who have been bussed in with the help of Farrakhan he can tell us which country he was actually born in. Most everyone who now knows what a sleaze he is thinks that Kenya is his birthplace.

It is interesting that here they seem to be implying a legal claim CAN be made to see McCain’s birth certificate. Then the same should apply to Obama, making sure all the legal t’s are crossed and i’s dotted.

That *might* be an issue for McCain if the U.S. Senate hadn’t unanimously recognized McCain as a U.S. “natural born” citizen,

which simply stemmed from the “Naturalization Act” passed by the First Congress in 1790 that quite plainly states that “The children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or outside the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural-born citizens of the United States”
Since both of McCain’s parents were U.S. citizens, he quite obviously and clearly falls under the catagory of natural born citizen outlined in the aforementioned Act.
I don’t really care if McCain has to produce “proof” of natural born citizenship - because we know he is a natural born citizen.
Obama, on the other hand, may not have a legal certified record of his birth in Hawaii - or worse, may not even have been born in Hawaii!
Eithe rway, sicne the birth certificate produced on the Daily Kos and Fight the Smears is a forgery, the burden of proof *must* fall on Obama himself.
